Support the Brain Aneurysm Foundation's SHARON EPPERSON CHAIR OF RESEARCH
In September 2016, I suddenly sustained a ruptured brain aneurysm. Unlike many who suffer this injury, I survived. I am so grateful.
My husband Christopher Farley and children Dylan and Emma have been instrumental in helping me on my journey of recovery. Friends and colleagues have also been a tremendous support. A little more than a year after my aneurysm, I returned to my television career and shared my story. You can watch it here: https://www.cnbc.com/video/2017/10/27/prepare-for-unexpected.html
Today my family is raising awareness and funds for the Brain Aneurysm Foundation. Please join us! Join Team Epperson/Farley! Your contribution will help to fund "The Sharon Epperson Chair for Research," which will sponsor one grant recipient a year to continue working on early detection, improved treatment and technological advances that will ultimately improve outcomes for patients with brain aneurysms.
We hope that we will be able to count on you to make a donation to so that we can fulfill this mission. Giving is easy. We have set up a BrainPower Page so that you can also make a secure donation online to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
The Brain Aneurysm Foundation is a premier nonprofit organization solely dedicated to providing critical awareness, education, support and research funding to reduce the incidence of brain aneurysm ruptures.
All of the organization's proceeds go towards:
- Funding and supporting new research.
- Providing support and educational materials to the medical community, the newly diagnosed, survivors, family members, friends and the general public regarding the facts, treatment options, and recovery process for brain aneurysms.
- Increasing awareness of brain aneurysms by promoting National Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month in September and by distributing aneurysm awareness materials to Emergency Departments in every hospital and to the community.
With your support, we can start making a real investment to help fight the devastation caused by brain aneurysms and save lives. All donations are tax-deductible and every dollar raised goes to help support the mission of the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
If you cannot make a donation at this time, please forward this link to everyone you know. Post this on your Facebook and Twitter pages. Every donation counts, no matter what the amount.
Your generosity and support are greatly appreciated.
Sharon Epperson and Team Epperson/Farley
