Brain Aneurysm Foundation Memorial

Catherine Albers

On August 15th, 2014, we lost our Daughter, Sister and Friend - Catherine Albers to a Brain Anuerysm at the young age of 35. In remembrance, we've set up this Memorial Page to allow people a chance to donate to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation in her name, and in her memory. Please do not feel obligated to donate, your thoughts are enough, however, this is a wonderful way to bring awareness to a health condition that has effected several members of our family.

If you would like to donate, please do so by clicking on the "Donate Now" button at the right of this page. All donations are secure, and any little bit helps. Please note that although the system says we've reached 100% of our goal, that is a default setting which we are unable to modify. There is no goal beyond that of helping others as much as we can.

The Brain Aneurysm Foundation is the world's only nonprofit organization solely dedicated to providing critical awareness, education, support and research funding to reduce the incidence of brain aneurysm ruptures.

All proceeds go towards:

  • Funding and supporting new research.
  • Providing support and educational materials to the medical community, the newly diagnosed, survivors, family members, friends and the general public regarding the facts, treatment options, and recovery process for brain aneurysms.
  • Increasing awareness of brain aneurysms by promoting National Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month in September and by distributing aneurysm awareness materials to Emergency Departments in every hospital and to the community.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Your generosity and support is greatly appreciated.
