Brain Aneurysm Foundation

I'm fundraising for the Brain Aneurysm Foundation! 

In June 2023, I was diagnosed with a 6mm brain aneurysm. By August, I underwent an endovascular coiling procedure to prevent a rupture. My mother survived two ruptured aneurysms over a decade ago, and my neurosurgeon has confirmed they can be hereditary, meaning my sons will need lifelong screenings. While aneurysms can’t be prevented, early detection can save lives.

On September 28th, I’m participating in the Brain Aneurysm Foundation Chicago Run/Walk to raise awareness, fund research, and support patients and families. The Foundation’s mission is to promote early detection, provide resources, and advance research to improve outcomes.
