It’s that time of year again!

Our team is officially up and running for year two of the Brain Aneurysm Awareness Walk. Many of you were instrumental parts in our team’s success last year and we cannot thank you enough for your support, our team was able to raise $4,391.00!!

For those of you who don’t know, in 2024, I was lucky enough to not only diagnose but successfully treat two brain aneurysms. The phenomenal Neuro team at Jefferson Hospital saved my life. Not in a cliché use of the term, I actually wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for them.  So many people are not as lucky.   My goal is to do everything in my power to educate others, raise funds for research and make sure that I can use my voice to help save even one person.  My team is working together to help fund the work of the Brain Aneurysm Awareness Foundation; their research, awareness, and education has provided hundreds of thousands of people access to proper diagnosis and treatment plans.

This year’s walk is Sunday, September 14th at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, and I’m excited to see who can make it! Team shirts are in works and I will send around a link to order once it is ready.

Every donation helps, big or small, I can’t wait to see what our team can accomplish this year!  Thanks everyone!
