GWAT Training Club
I'm fundraising for the Brain Aneurysm Foundation!
Aretha's Story:
In 2022, I faced a life-altering medical crisis: two brain aneurysms. My recovery was a testament to faith and grit—a miraculous journey of relearning how to walk and talk, and reclaiming my life.
Through this darkest chapter, my husband and caregiver, Gary, found purpose in his pain. He founded GWAT Training Club not just as a business, but as an outlet for his own healing. It stands today as a powerful symbol of our resilience and a beacon of hope.
Our fundraising team, named "GWAT Training Club," is an extension of that hope. By joining us, you're helping the Brain Aneurysm Foundation fund the critical research that can prevent other families from facing the same devastating struggles. Your donation turns our personal battle into a collective force for change.
BAF MISSION: To promote early detection of brain aneurysms by providing knowledge and raising awareness of the signs, symptoms and risk factors. Work with the medical communities to provide support networks for patients and families, as well as to further research that will improve patient outcomes and save lives.
Through your support, the Brain Aneurysm Foundation will be able to continue to provide support and educational materials and information to brain aneurysm patients, their families, and the medical community and to promote critical awareness of brain aneurysms which will lead to earlier detection. The Brain Aneurysm Foundation is funding essential research that will promote a better understanding of why this condition happens and identify those at risk before an aneurysm rupture occurs.
Thank you for making a difference with your support!
