Brain Aneurysm Foundation

Hi everyone, as many of you know, I am raising awareness and funds for the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.  

The BAF promotes widespread public awareness of the dangers of a ruptured brain aneurysm - the sudden and silent killer that takes the lives of tens of thousands each year.

My family has been directly affected by a brain aneurysm that my brother, Seth, experienced 20 years ago. While I'm extremely thankful that my brother survived, his life has significantly been altered.  I'm honored to be a part of BAF to raise awareness for the Brain Aneurysm Foundation and the amazing work they do.

I am competing in the Kiawah Island Triathlon on October 6th as a way to raise awareness for this incredible organization.  I'd like to be able to count on you to make a donation to the organization so that I can help them fulfill their mission and reach our $10,000.00 goal for this race.

*Funding and supporting new research

*Providing support and educational materials to the medical community, the newly diagnosed, survivors, family members, friends and the general public regarding the facts, treatment options, and recovery process for brain aneurysms.

*Increasing awareness of brain aneurysms by promoting National Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month in September.

*Advocacy efforts to increase federal research funding for brain aneurysm research.
