More about mom:
Christine Louise Galbreath, 68, of Allegan, MI passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at Ascension Borgess Medical Center. Born April 19, 1951 in Allegan, she was the daughter of the late Frank Joseph and Edna Jean (Dieble) Ratulowski and was the wife of Robert James Galbreath. Christine had worked for Perrigo for over thirty years as a packaging specialist. She was a generous and loving wife, mother, sister and friend. An avid gardener, she also loved to take long walks with her husband, and to hunt for bargains at garage sales. She was known for sharing her well-loved desserts for the holidays and family events.
In addition to her husband of forty-eight years, Robert, Christine is survived by her daughter, Heather Galbreath and fiancé Andrew Schaefer; thirteen siblings, Janet, Sue, Dottie, Rosie, Jon, Matt, Russ, Steve, Bonnie, Connie, Colleen, Sandy and Joe; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
The Brain Aneurysm Foundation is the world's only nonprofit organization solely dedicated to providing critical awareness, education, support and research funding to reduce the incidence of brain aneurysm ruptures.
All proceeds go towards:
- Funding and supporting new research.
- Providing support and educational materials to the medical community, the newly diagnosed, survivors, family members, friends and the general public regarding the facts, treatment options, and recovery process for brain aneurysms.
- Increasing awareness of brain aneurysms by promoting National Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month in September and by distributing aneurysm awareness materials to Emergency Departments in every hospital and to the community.
Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Your generosity and support is greatly appreciated.
