Cynthia Faye Hinson: A Memorial
As many of you know, my wife Cindi recently passed away. Though she had recently been diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer, she had been struggling with multiple brain anuerysms for the past 13 years. The rupturing of a brain anuerysm took her life on August 3rd, 2016. The void she has left in our hearts can never be filled, but we are comforted by the fact that she left us quickly and peacefully in my arms.
In hopes of supporting research and giving those still struggling with aneurysms more hope for the future, we ask that you donate to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation. It is the world's only nonprofit organization solely dedicated to providing critical awareness, education, support and research funding to reduce the incidence of brain aneurysm ruptures.
All proceeds go towards:
- Funding and supporting new research.
- Providing support and educational materials to the medical community, the newly diagnosed, survivors, family members, friends and the general public regarding the facts, treatment options, and recovery process for brain aneurysms.
- Increasing awareness of brain aneurysms by promoting National Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month in September and by distributing aneurysm awareness materials to Emergency Departments in every hospital and to the community.
Each donation is a real investment to help fight the devastation caused by brain aneurysms and save lives. All donations are tax-deductible and every dollar raised goes to help support the mission of the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
If you cannot make a donation at this time, please feel free to share this link with those who knew Cindi.
My children and I have been overwhelmed with love and support since our tragic loss. We appreciate each of you and thank you for helping to support this organization.
With all of our love,
Michael, Aaron and Rachel
