My Mom and our pony :)
My Mom and our pony :)

Hey guys, as many of you know. I lost my mom to a Brain Aneurysm. My mom was one of those people, when she walked into a room, people were drawn to her; not just by her beauty but by the way she carried herself and the by her genuineness. I know she was my mom and I need to say wonderful things about her, but it is actually true. My sister and I not only had a perfect mother, but we also had the perfect best friend. She is everything I hope to become one day. She always knew the right thing to say, she worked her hardest to get where she was, as she when through hard life battles. She worked her way from the bottom to the top and I have never been more proud of anyone in my entire life. And I was lucky enough to call her mine??! She graduated at the top of her class with a Paralegal degree; however, her love was animals, lots and lots of animals, so she became a Vet Tech and adopted 3 St. Bernards, 1 English SheepDog, 10 cats, 3 Mini Donkeys, a Donkey, 2 horses, and a mini horse, while living on her dream farm. I ask myself everyday, how can life be so unfair to take someone so selfless and kind and considerate of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE around her. Maybe if there was a cure, we could have stopped this and didn't have to watch her for 6 days in a coma in the hospital and not have the last memory of my mom in the state she was in at the hospital. This is not just for me, this is for all those who have suffered, passed away, the families, and the survivors. No one should have to go through this. Even if it is $1, a penny, $10, anything to help others not go through a tragedy like this.

I am raising awareness and funds for The Brain Aneurysm Foundation, and I have set up a Memorial Page for my mom, Julie Beaudet. I'd like to be able to count on you to make a donation to the organization so that I can help them fulfill their mission. Giving is easy! Please click Donate Now on my page. You can read more about what we do here as well as make a secure donation online.

The Brain Aneurysm Foundation is the world's only nonprofit organization solely dedicated to providing critical awareness, education, support and research funding to reduce the incidence of brain aneurysm ruptures.

All proceeds go towards:

  • Funding and supporting new research.
  • Providing support and educational materials to the medical community, the newly diagnosed, survivors, family members, friends and the general public regarding the facts, treatment options, and recovery process for brain aneurysms.
  • Increasing awareness of brain aneurysms by promoting National Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month in September and by distributing aneurysm awareness materials to Emergency Departments in every hospital and to the community.

With your support, we can start making a real investment to help fight the devastation caused by brain aneurysms and save lives. All donations are tax-deductible and every dollar raised goes to help support the mission of The Brain Aneurysm Foundation.

If you cannot make a donation at this time, please forward this e-mail and link to everyone you know. Post this on your Facebook and Twitter pages. Every donation counts, no matter what the amount.

The loss of a loved one is devastating. Yet, we are always reminded by our hearts – how lucky we have been to know those that we loved even in our loss.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Your generosity and support is greatly appreciated.
